I just came across your thread stating that your looking for someone to build you a content locking site. I am interested in assisting you with this job. My name is David Clark and I am a web designer / developer with over 4 years of experience along with profits near $5,000 with content locking type sites. To be honest the quote depends mostly on what you need done as of content locking. For example a television site with 100 episodes would cost more than a software site that only needs one thing locked. Just let me know what your visions are and I will give you a reasonable quote... I am not here to rip anyone off but just to make a living.
Also I saw that you needed a banner created. Could I please see the site that the banner needs to go on that way I know if it is do-able or not. It should be do-able if the site already has a banner and with that quote for a banner job is $10 and I can have that completed in about 20-30 minutes.
