I was looking for the same thing, as converting articles to video does have money making potential. However, I never found the perfect software. Incansoft is probably my favorite software provider, and they offer the GFX video writer. With that, I could convert text to video - it was acceptable, but they were so plain. Finally, I've found what I was looking for, but it's not a software. It's a service. I'm not affiliated in any way with them, but I would recommend trying xtranormal. You can select your scenery, actors, cut and paste your text in. It's really easy, and the results are nice.
