You don't have to worry about timing. Just choose the right and reputable Fiverr sellers (with high positive feedback), and you'll be just fine.

Not sure about translation. However, if you are using a machine translation, you'll probably get an unique content, as it will be really different from the original. Just my thoughts. But you could try this out.
